BIPE in the Financial Services Sector

Our actions in the financial services sector are intended to help financial institutions to anticipate changes in their environment and construct winning strategies.

In the retail banking sector, product marketing is being superseded by customer marketing. Based on the work of the Observatory of Savings Markets, our teams co-operate with the major financial operators to help them strengthen their marketing strategy. In particular, we have developed a method which allows age and generation differences to be taken into account in the financial choices of households. This method has been used for the long-term savings projection of the “Commissariat au Plan”.
